I was asked to write a review a couple of days after receiving this item but have waited 6 weeks in order to give it a fair trial. I have had back aches ,lower and upper for nearly 40 years but this item has made 90% improvement to me . You need to experiment with it yourself, lay on it from both ends ,have bent knees, have straight legs, rock on it , roll on it, massage the muscles along your back. It was a little painful to use at first but keep at it and after 3 or 4 weeks I could really feel great improvements.lying on it with the bulge towards the shoulders relocated upper vertebrae ,I can hear them clicking back into place. lying on it the other way with the bulge at the hip end,you can massage the lumbar area. I weigh 80Kg, and it makes creaking noises when in use but I have never felt like it would break. It is very easy to assemble as all of the cross pieces are the same and there are just 6 screws that hold it together.
