I very much like the design and functionality. It does everything you may want from a level as a weekend DIY ninja. It's not the most lightweight, but that's not an issue for me because I don't carry it around for long. It is however very sturdy and I'm not worried that the bubble capsules will shatter if e.g. I'll accidentally drop it. I expect I'll not need to buy a level ever again. The adjustable angle level is very useful as well, I've used it a few times already.

This is an excellent spirit level ! Short spirit levels seem to get overlooked by most manufactures - cheap plastic bodies / small bubble windows etc The Stanley Torpedo level is made to a high quality with a metal body and large clear bubbles. So it has more in common with long spirit levels which professionals use. I was so pleased with this product, I bought one for my son ! Don't even think about it, just buy it !
