If you want all the apps going then this is not the phone for you. If you want a phone that text emails takes good photos and allows you to do your banking on line using an app it's perfect. Would recommend an sd card for your photo's as not a lot of free internal space. Bought this for my wife and it is just as good as my k8, only the k8 has twice the internal storage for the tech person.
