I previously used a CWR 108 until it wore out. I bought another and wore that out as well and could not find a replacement. I bought a CWR 119 which is rubbish, it can't do a plural anagram! The new one is reasonably good but it only takes 13 characters and I haven't yet worked out how to get a list of words by length! So it's not as good as I would like but better than nothing.

Not as good as Franklin Collins Bradford`s Crossword Solver CSB-1500 which I bought to replace and is no longer available. Would have preferred identical replacement. Does not have dictionary or thesaurus with choice of numbers of letters as CSB-1500 had. X word solver is useful. Not bad, but new generations of solvers should have more functions than older ones not fewer!

Multifunctional piece of kit. Handy for forming words from random letters in scrabble. The only downside is the size. (approx 3" X 4" in old money).

Very useful for crossword doers. However I have found the keys a little different from previous solvers - seem closer together so a bit fiddly. On the whole a great wee gadget at a good price.
