Really good people to deal with. I had an issue with the blender I bought that was my own fault, not understanding how to use it properly. They dealt brilliantly with my situation, & even sent a replacement, which meant them losing money on postage. Once I realised it was my mistake, & both of them worked fine, they said they'd take the hit on the postage once I sent back the second one, even tho i said id cover that cost. Can't recommend them more.

    Check your power chord is three pronged when you buy this item...

    Good replacement Adaptor, but beware of the power connection, my laptop was two pronged and the new one has three, lucky enough I had a old one spare from my HP Laptop which fitted the new adaptor, so I didnt need to buy the extra power chord...

    Superb and great price

    Not much to review about a laptop charger. Does the job, fits and charge. Yes, no main cable, but works well with Asus and my other Toshiba as well with no issue. Pro: cable ties include!

    Got it sorted eventually!

    Unfortunatly the connection for the power plug in my new part was 3 pin and my original one is 2 pin join we took it to a computor friend who sorted the missing connection so all is well Thank any way

    A welcome feature is that the unit does NOT overheat with prolonged use. (I accidently left my unit connected for 36Hrs and it was only warm to the touch)

    Avoid , will damage ur laptop

    Rubbish ! The pin is too thin and its wiggling in charging port while making crackling noise following by burnt smell. When I took it out the port it had small burn marks on pin ! No doubt it almost damaged my laptop. Can't believe It almost burned my machine ! !
