Glad you're pleased - used genuine tools are included when available (and in decent condition). Genuine tools aren't available new for the DC14 anymore (older discontinued model by Dyson) so aftermarket tools are often necessary.

Firstly, we were delighted to find a refurbished Dyson at such a competitive price. There was free delivery, and we were kept informed of the delivery times etc. It arrived at the start of the two hour window, which was a bonus. We also received an email from the seller with a copy of the brochure. The vacuum cleaner was well packed and easy to assemble. Previous to this, I had used a Shark , but once I used the Dyson, it was SO much better at picking up. Highly recommended.
