Received these today. Love these resistance bands. Lovely colours and each band is clearly marked with light to xxheavy and great quality. They also come with a small easy to carry case to put them in so no risk of losing them. Really pleased. 🙂

PROS: The bands are sturdy quality. But however, are really hard to use. They are not good for squats or workouts on the thighs and glutes as they roll up really right and pinch your skin. I would recommend buying a thick anti slip fabric one instead. CONS: Would only recommend for arm workouts.

Very good product, versatile, there are loads of workouts you can do with these, online and on YouTube -it also comes with a mini leaflet with some pictures of how you can use it! Has different strengths for your abilities My only complaint is that it starts way too easy, like if it started at the medium, and had 4 more harder than that, it would be a whole lot more useful. However you can use the super easy bands for your arms! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to start working out at home

Needing some home workout kit for when I could not get to the gym, I chose these bands because of the fact they are not cheap china rubber. The product came in a handy small bag all separately wrapped and felt like good quality. I tested the bands warily at first but any doubt was quickly dismissed, you can feel the quality of the bands are excellent, they also came with a sheet containing some good workouts to do.
