What people need to realise with this heater is that the temperature of the water is dependent on the flow of the water especially in winter when the mains water is very cold. That means you can't turn the tap on full blast and expect piping hot water like you get from a hot water tank or a combi boiler. That said once the flow is adjusted to get the hot water you require it will churn out that hot water all day till you turn the tap off. So it may take longer to fill a bowl etc but it will fill it with piping hot water. The hot water is instant and you only heat the water you use so a double saving there if you are on a water meter. I have a back boiler and a hot water tank fitting two of these heaters , one in the bathroom and the other in the kitchen has saved me hundreds of pounds in gas bills and now with the price of gas will save me even more . This heater is great for small spaces, but can't be just plugged in. Needed to call an electrician to connect direct to the switch board. Which will obviously cost that much extra money. Saying that now that it is installed, if it ever needs changing I just need to spend the money for the heater.
