We get through kettles at an unbelievable rate and when I discovered Delonghi, I suddenly realised that it had lasted at least four years instead of the usual 9 months I am used to with kettles. I therefore decided to invest in another Delonghi and I am delighted with it. It looks great, goes well in my kitchen and pours well. What more could you want in a kettle. It's Delonghi for me from now on. Bought the latest one on Ebay for a very reasonable price as these kettles can cost £100s.

It's a great kettle but the water scale lets it down------its difficult to read the scale for the level of water----------I've now given up & do not use the scale I just take the lid off & look inside-----a real let down.

Excellent kettle with nice balance that boils quickly. Very solid build. Only minor criticism is that the water level window can be awkward to view accurately so placement on the side would have been a bonus but may be dictated by kettle construction.
