Well, My toilet kept on running and running, and running I did not know what to do. Everyday I would stand for several minutes and watch it run, What a problem. I went ahead and ordered one, When I received it I got out my little set of tools, however you do not need any tool s to install this product. I took off the old one and replaced it with the new one.
