The Pump was substantial with a metal spray pipe. The bottle arrived damaged but a replacement is being sent. The photo of the unopened damp and dented package was clear proof. I offered to accept a small refund to compensate the lost liquid, but as the bottle was still leaking, I accepted their counter offer of a new bottle. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Clearly the problem was with the shipper not themselves!!! Have yet to try the spray.

I ordered 2 tubs of powdered moss killer which arrived bang on time. During transit one of the tubs was smashed leaving the powder dispersed in the package, an occurrance not the fault of the vendor. I got in touch with this them explaining the issue and asked them to send an empty tub as most of the powder was salvageable. Instead they wasted no time sending me another full tub. With service like this, is there any reason to buy elsewhere?

    Excellent - highly recommended

    Great product, really easy to set up and achieve the right thickness foam. Bottle is really good quality and measurements are marked up the side. Delivery was really quick and the lance and 10L package is very good value for money. I went for this one after reading back feedback about a slightly cheaper bottle on eBay with reviews. ** my advice would be to stick with the scented foams which are all white and avoid anything with colouring in it. There's a YouTube video showing the damage coloured foams can do to interiors and engine bays.

    Snow Foam

    Used this kit on a K2 pressure washer and did not get great results, foams well but no were like in the video, they must have been using the detergent neat, the dirt was not lifted off and needed rubbing in with a lambs wool so not a not of difference in using a bucket a sponge, Will not be buying again,

    Snow foam and lance

    Used this with a Karcher K7 pressure washer and a 30/40 percent mix on my Honda CRV.This wax the first time using it,it was very easy to use,spray it on,leave for a few mins and spray off. As instructions says,the most important thing is to set the lance up and the pressure washer to mix and then there will be a massive amount of foam. Useing 1litre of the mix will do my CRV easily

    Make you make adjustments to the lance.

    Used a 50/50 mix.But ran out of product around the back of car. So need to play around and make some adjustments in the lance. But the product did come out thick and creamy.

    I purchased the kit gun and foam for my Karcher 2. Fitted perfectly. Good quality build of gun mainly brass. Easy to set up. Instructions in English and easy to understand. Additional instruction would help. Stand away from object to be foamed 2 metres is about right . Foam product also very good. Pro Kleen as a company also great. Back up service brilliant. Although not the cheapest on the market great value for money. I washed my 15m boat topsides using approximately 120ml of liquid so 5 Ltrs will last a year or more. Recommended Stuart happy customer
