Bought it from AO. I have no issue with them. The product!!! The manual is as user friendly as a cornered rat and the machine is completely non intuitive. I have spent weeks trying to work out how to dry my washed clothes but all it want's to do is wash them again! I bought a washer dryer in hope that I could throw the contents of my laundry basket into it press a couple of buttons and walk away returning later to take dry clothes out and put them away. I DON'T have a PhD in astrophysics nor am I a five year old so the machine and the manual are completely out of my comfort zone. Years ago I had a Candy washer dryer. It had a rotary knob and a few buttons. It worked just fine. This thing? its effectively junk in my opinion. Junk that I am supposed to be able to use with my smart phone! And you may quote me on thisRead full review

We moved into our flat which was unfurnished and had very little storage space. We bought this washer / dryer because we needed both in one machine that would fit under a cupboard where our water boiler was. The machine was a good price new for what we needed and fit perfectly in the space. We live in a flat so we needed assistance carrying the machine up stairs, but when we got it into the space we unloaded it and fixed it to our water supply within the hour. It is easy to use and for towels I would keep everything in there and switch it to the dryer which you do with the turn style and then it dries it. It really is that simple. Great washer / dryer and we are only selling it due to moving abroad. It also has a 10 year guarantee for parts which is ideal! Would highly recommend I have had washer / dryers before and this actually produces dry clothes.Read full review
