My old 49" Toshiba TV must weigh a ton but this compact bracket made short work of hanging it. I have every confidence that this wall mount we remain intact for as long as I need it to,or until the Tele gives up. Most of the connection sockets and aerial are sited below centre rear of the TV and cannot be accessed when the TV is flat to the wall. The tilt is essential to make this access easier than detaching the TV from the mount. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase.
