Seems like the genuine article, My LG used to cut out randomly and then the problem got worse, The original battery would charge ok so didn't think it was the problem, until I looked online so tried this one and all the problems I had are so far gone. Excellent item well pleased.

Basically this was to replace the current battery i have in the phone, have used for a few weeks now. I have had to switch back to the original battery which easily lasts a day the new did not, i should have known better i have had similar experiences with buying replacement phone batteries on ebay they are a waste of money. The current battery has a older date than the new one, i think these batteries are older than suggested.

Not clear how genuine the battery I received was but it doesn't last a day, even with fairly modest use. It was new (no scratches on battery contacts). There are some subtle differences between it and the original but it is impossible to tell whether it is a just a not-very-good genuine battery or something else entirely.

Battery came on time,however charged to 100% and within a few hours of not using the phone it was flat.i thought maybe it needed a good charge which after 30mins of charging i noticed the back blowing out as the battery became very hot and grow pushing the back off. ! Ive since got a gen lg battery but unfortunately after taken my phone to the shop its killed my phone due to cooking the motherboard ! Dont buy cheap it will cost you more in the long run :) lession learnt the hard way .that aside thankfully i noticed It before it a fire happened.DONT LEAVE PHONES CHARGING 2ND LESSION LEARNT....
