Amazing product and worth every penny
This is an amazing product and worth every penny - my husband suffers terribly with wax and ends up deaf due to it. Our Doctors surgery is reluctant to syringe ears and due to COVID-19 refused to do it even though he was deaf and loosing his balance. I understand that opticians are now performing this service but at a cost of £80 - therefore this machine will have paid for itself in no time. It is easy to use if you follow the instructions. I expect that people ordering this product would know what to expect. It's an ear irrigator. Propulse is a good make. It works very well. It came very well packaged and they exceeded the expected delivery time. I am in the UK but I see that it comes with various different electricity connectors for different countries. It looks good too. Might have been nice to have had more than 10 irrigator tips as a starter. It is suitable for regular use in a GP surgery.I expect that people ordering this product would know what to expect. It's an ear irrigator. Propulse is a good make. It works very well. The Answer To Earwax problems!
Being an earwax sufferer now for nearly 27 years this machine is a superb investment. It should be used by a medical professional, but I found it very easy to set up and use. One tip, you should order the sterilising tablets to go with it as there is none in the box with the unit. In these days where the NHS no longer does earwax removal and trying to get an appointment to have it done privately is a nightmare, this was the answer to my problem and it made short work of the softened wax. Always make sure that you have used olive oil drops for a week or so. The softer the wax, the better! I cannot praise this ProPulse ear irrigater enough!!!!! An excellent machine ,but only if you know how to use it.
I am an experienced GP.This machine is similar to the ear syringe I used in my surgery for many years,but there have been minor design improvements. By design,it is safe and easy to use,but I am not sure of the potential market for general sale.The instruction leaflet gives very good guidance as to which ears should NOT be syringed,but ( of course) there is nothing about the procedure itself. An intelligent and dextrous person could safely syringe an ear from video or pictorial directions,but this would obviously not be the case with the majority of the population. If you are ,in these Covid days,to start home ear syringing as well as haircutting,you will need to get some hands-on practical instruction from a competent person. I should point out that the everyday cotton bud is ...
