Scooter was not delivered in the time stated in the Ebay advert, just a posted welcome pack and I had to contact the seller to find out when the scooter would be delivered (1 1/2 weeks later). Came with brakes not set-up properly needing adjustment, then when my 89 yr old Dad used it the mag brake operates before the scooter stops which caused difficulty with control and loss of confidence in using it. Unfortunately Ebay don't allow enough words to tell the story of the returns fiasco.
