I recently bought this item as I had some sizeable branches to cut off my trees. I didn't fancy a petrol one so after a bit of tesearch i went for the Titan. It was boxed and packaged well, minimal assembly required and just before going to use it I read that it must have lubricating oil before use. Very frustrating as none included snd nothing on the advert to say you need to buy it separately. Despite this, a few days later with oil inserted I used the saw on some small logs. It is very powerful and cut through 6-7 inch logs with ease. I even cut 12 inch branches off my tree with no problem at all. The saw stops immediately when trigger released and no kickback at all. I would definitely recommend this more than capable saw which is slso a good price. Just be aware that oil must be bought separately before use Read full review

The chainsaw worked very well in what I wanted it to do.That was to cut through two large fir tree stumps.due to the thickness I found that I had to buy axe to help me get most of the stumps out. This took me three days digging down and using four chains for the job in hand, never the less this chainsaw did the trick. I would recommend this saw for a lot thinner wood etc.it is not really built to tackle such a job. The instructions are very good to follow and the saw very well priced.

It is relatively light to use and does a good job. The one thing I didn,t allow for was having to buy an extension for the saw but no problem, a quick visit to B&M soon fixed that.

This is a great value product and though it has the usual drawback of a trailing cable that is outweighed by the ease of use and no fuss starting compared with a petrol engined device. I found my old Bosch saw very effective and felled and cut up a 40ft willow with it but this saw is considerably more powerful. Time will tell how durable it is but so far so very good.

This chisel point chain saw is quick and requires little effort on behalf of the holder. OK so early days, but it has cut down nine trees so far all in the range of 7 to 9 inches thick. Plus lopping side branches - a few more to do, so perhaps more later.
