Arrived but what a major fuss using Amazon delivery, tonnes of emails tonnes of messaged and all you get is "hang about all afternoon well maybe there between 12 and 4" but good quality well priced goods very happy as it did come before they said!!

    Lightweight easy to handle.

    This tape gun is easy to handle comfortable in the hand. Quick to load tape on to has good serrated edged comes with safety cap on it . Good value 2 for the price you might buy 1 for great if like me you have two types of tape to use i.e. fragile and parcel tape

    not very good

    i ordered these cos they were cheap and i need at least one more tape gun for my business and i thought it wouldn't make much difference, both of them work badly in different ways, one the tape is hard to move as the metal flap is stuck fast to the tape as the spring is way tooooo tight, the other one its really hard to cut the tape the serrated cutting edge is too far back to be effective, both have this issue one more than the other, i should have returned them, my advice is spend more and get something decent that works!

    Disappointed

    The zinc metal clip under the gun was of such a material, the tape stuck to it which in turn meant the gun couldn't operate properly. You could pull hard to release it but it got so stuck. You then have to pull the tape off the zinc holder and start again. It stuck every time so we got a refund. Really disappointed as we have bought cheaper ones before but these were poor. It wasn't the tape as we took an existing roll being used on a different gun which worked fine.

    Absolute junk

    Both arrived on time - it was obvious that neither would work - the inner plastic bearing was missing on one, preventing rotation - and the 'plastic tongue' was split on the other - nothing but rubbish - WILL NOT TRADE WITH THIS OUTFIT AGAIN.
