I never usually write reviews but we are so thrilled with our new dining table and chairs, I wanted to. The workmanship is brilliant, the quality and bespoke finish is just what we were looking for. I asked numerous questions before purchase and afterwards and always received a prompt and helpful response from the seller. It was delivered ahead of schedule, delivery was well organised & packaged safely. Assembling the table was really quick due to the clear instructions & quality craftsmanship.

Received a different table to why I ordered, Maria tells me, sorry that listing is no longer a colour/finish I offer, but the images and description said otherwise. 8 weeks later a table different to listing arrives. Asked for part refund so I can get it altered, was refused and offered a free return. I’ve had no table for 8 weeks, I did not want to start searching for a new, asked for the delivery money to be refunded, I was told no! Maria would prefer for me to return so she can resell!

I'm so sorry about the mix up regarding the different finishes. Just to clarify, you still received the correct style of table and colour. Regretfully, the alterations you requested in order to achieve the finish you desired were not possible and for this reason you were kindly offered the option to return the table for a full refund, which you declined. I'm glad you think the table is beautiful and I hope you have the pleasure of using it for many years to come.
