Website easy to navigate, delivery time good. Very pleased with the Fish Mate 45000. My pond is about 4 foot deep in places by 20 feet long 8 Feet wide. I had two15000 Fish Mate filter before but they never really kept pond algae free, green water, now i have the 45000 and one 15000 Fish Mate filter cleaning the pond water, within days I could see the bottom of the pond clean water, green algae gone. I should say I have some big common, mirror and koi carp in my pond as well as other fish.

The first delivery was broken even though it was really well packager. The replacement seems to have got lost by the royal mail who eventually delivered it a week and and half later.
