I bought this as a replacement for a much smaller one I damaged. I was surprised by the size of this device and find it a bit difficult to place behind my ear. However once in place it is very comfortable to wear for long periods. It sounds great (it is nice and loud) and callers hear me clearly. It works well with my Android phone
