Arrived on time and well packed. I ordered a larger size to fit over a fleece or light jacket. I opened and examined the jacket and it looked good thick quality and the zip-up style as described, but as it was a gift for my son, i cannot say if it
was fully waterproof. However, I have worn Regatta brand myself over the years and can vouch for their reliability and
warmth in wet weather on daily dog walks.
