A friend of mine has had these speakers for many years and they have been working like a charm. I wanted to get a set of budget but quality speakers so I found a second hand set of these for only £30 and I decided to get them. I have not been disappointed. This is a robust, easy to install and use piece of kit, that can produce reasonably loud and quality sound. I would definitely recommend this product to someone looking for budget but good quality speakers. Probably the best low cost value-for-money product in the market. Note that these speakers are old and do not have any fancy features like Bluetooth. I have also only owned them for a few weeks now, but they were second hand and the sound is similar to that of an unused product. My friend has had them for years and they have never let him down. Would recommend!Read full review

Pros: Very good value, great sound quality. and more than loud enough. Subwoofer quite compact and sits on top of my Logitech Z623 subwoofer. Bass goes deep and testing out some songs, vocals and are warm and clear and not too harsh. Cons: None of note in my experience.

I bought my first set of these 14 years ago. They’ve lasted through 3 different PCs and still sound as great as they did back then. I’m no audiophile, but to me they are wonderfully clear and lively sounding. I’ve never even thought about replacing them and am hoping they keep on going. They’re so good, I’ve just ordered a second pair for my retro computing set up!

It looks good and is simple to set up. Great sound. There's a good base - if you want it. I would recommend the Logitech X-230 without hesitation.
