    Mark Wallington is becoming one of my favourite authors after recently devouring 500 Mile Walkies, The Uke of Wallington and Pennine Walkies! I thoroughly recommend his books for a light, but not trivial, read :)

    Great fun. This book is a keeper to be read over and over again..

    One man's quest travelling around the U.K. having a rather late mid -life crisis, playing his ukulele at open mike venues. Fame/maybe. Fortune/no. A very funny and cleverly written book. For all us Ukers - a must have. Bob.

    Another Fantastic and hilarious masterpiece !

    Mark Wallington writes fantastic books and this is no exception. I also recommend "500 mile walkies " and "Boogie up the river". Funny from start to finish all of them :0)
