Poor Seller!! Chair defective, not as described... floor stand showing evidence of rust...chair hard as a rock...very poor quality product. I requested a return...kept asking me repeatedly to send photos of item I am returning...packed and unpacked box 2 times...so annoying...due to disability was unable to drop off...my neighbor kindly dropped off at P.Office for me.Poor Customer Service!...NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Great product/seller - rubbish courier. Wasted half day waiting in for delivery - after being informed of the delivery window by txt. No one turned up - no missed call on my phone either! Had to rebook for following day at my inconvenience - they did deliver promptly this time however I won't be getting the time lost back - soured the experience a bit.
