    travels with my bass

    Better than a carrier bag.

    I've bought it for my Fender P-bass. I had to put towel inside for the bass to stop moving. Very light but if you have a 6 strings bass it won't fit, maybe a 5 strings one might fit. Definitely it's better than a carrier bag.

    Light and robust. Affordable quality.

    You want to look after your pride and joy, right? Well, this is an excellent compromise between a floppy gig bag and a heavy hard case. Not sure how durable it would be for professional "sling it in the truck" type of use - it's not a flight case after all - but for frequent local gigging round pubs and wine bars, I have found it offers a good level of protection against knocks and drops but is still easy to carry on a couple of fingers of one hand, or backpack style. Nice little compartment inside for batteries, picks, tuners etc and a generous pocket on the outside for leads and sundries. And all for little more than the cost of a half decent soft case. Definitely lining up to get another one... or two!
