    Value option battery for Honeywell ST699B

    Battery comes with tags which for my purpose needed cutting off. It pushed out of its green sleeve and into the original sleeve for my Honeywell ST699B.. Programmer now stays working through power outages. Time will tell how well it works over extended working.

    Excellent Replacement

    Restored my ageing Honewell Boiler Timer back to it's former glory. Works well now and holds the time when the power goes off. People have been conned and bought new timers at over a £100.00 when all it needed was a new battery. The old ones were Ni Cad and these are NIMH the modern equivalentn and work just as well if not better in the old Honneywell Timers. Just needed to gently file off the pins as they were not needed.

    Excellent long life battery

    Long life 5yrs at least. I change the battery in my central heating boiler every 5 years as recommended and have found Varta to a reliable backup.
