Great fun had with this simple net. Kids love the mix of sealife that it catches. Care needs to be taken when emptying as the zip is a bit fragile because it is stitched onto the net - easy to repair. Buy one!

Bought these as a bit of entertainment for boys aged 6, 7, 9 & 11 and they worked perfectly. Had to do a quick repair on one of the nets but not a big deal. Suggest you tie an empty plastic drink bottle to the end of the line - it can act as a winder for the string and the saviour when the whole lot gets dropped into the water!! Good value and good service.

Used these just yesterday at Barmouth harbour and will be using them again. Saves the dissapointment of getting your catch halfway up a high harbour wall only to see it let go of the bait and dissappear back into the sea. We were asked a few times where we got them from too. The only problem I found was when one of the springs for holding the bait down came off, it was a bit fiddly to get back on. Overall though, highly recommended.

I wanted to write 'yes-ish' for the 'is it good quality' question. It's fit for purpose but I suspect it wouldn't stand up to regular use without some of the stitching coming apart. Look out Signal Crayfish (you little gits!)
