Preparing an old lawn area for a new lawn so bought this rather then hire one. Impressed by the power and how quit it was, wished I had bought it before. Quality, after using once it seems ok, nothing loose or fallen off. Only minus point, reason for 4 stars, lead could have been 2-3 mts longer otherwise would have been 5 stars.

I'm a 60year old woman, and found it to be a good workout. Light enough to handle but powerful in achieving a good ground soil turnover, at just the right depth. It is important to make sure ground is dry and and stones picked up prior to use (but that is just common sense). Easy to store, easy to clean. Good investment.

Seems that someone put some thought into this design. The ease of removing the blades for clearing any tangles, and the controls being able to operate with one hand, rather than both hands and the consequent difficulty of managing the tiller with one hand. Quality matches the price. I am very pleased with it, just hope it lasts longer than my previous other make one due to poor design which allowed the motor to be enveloped in dirt, unseen until dismantled for possible repair.

Really worked well on very hard soil not dug since last year! Light enough for me to move around the allotment and use even in raised beds. Good value for money!
