Yep, it's good. Infact I didn't realise how weak my core was until I started to use it. My midriff has firmed up immensely. My arms and shoulders get a good workout through pulling the roller back in to my core. The wide wheel is really good. It helps immensely in carving outwards to the left and right. The 'spring effect' is there. I more like the fact that it stops you from pulling too far back and hence collapsing. I think I would have struggled, if not given up, with one of those cheap supermarket jobs. Review from a 44 year old guy, around a stone overweight.

Really effective and takes some getting used to with getting the angle of your pelvis right and not allowing the lower back to take the strain which you do not want. How an average person is expected to do 1 set of 10 on Monday and then 3 sets of 10 on Wednesday I really do not know as I am not stranger to ab work and I was super sore for 3 days after day 1! Go for it I say!!

Helping with my scoliosis and sciatica, best to start with it at your knees then roll forward, it's not a perfect device, the spring mechanism could be better... you start level with shoulders but it doesn't stay level with shoulders...it tends work it's way further away from you
