Had a little hiccup at first but it was dealt with by great staff, now my young daughter put this up for me all by herself it was very easy to put together, i helped her lift the roof on as it was heavy, and it also went on easy, i will be using this hutch for my cats to sit in and on in the sun outside, its very sturdy when put together, i was also surprised that the back panels were very thick unlike some backings that are thin and bendy. i would buy again.
