My granddaughter was delighted to receive this Koala toy she had asked for it after a visit to the Zoo and was so happy with it when it arrived ! Lovely and cuddly and good representation for a toy , also looks to be of good quality materials ! As the giver of the gift, I too am delighted to see my 5 year old granddaughter so happy . I think they have to change general photo of their item, as the real product does not look like at all. Colour and face is much more primitive than on the photo. I understand that it is selling their product, but I was quite disappointed with the actual look. I was not bothered to return it, but not happy at all
