I initially purchased wrong size. rather than refund, I was offered to keep the hat, and get 40% of new one. but they raised the price by like $40 then took 40% off, so I ended up paying more for the second hat even with a discount.but it is definitely a quality hat.Shipping did take a bit, but had to go through customs.
