Hello, I received the phone. Was in box, new but faulty. The phone loses signal and doesn't recognise the card really often. Plus, when off battery it take a long time to charge. Up to 6-7 hours to get 100%. In my opinion that's not normal. The phone goes from 0% to 40%. Then 100%. When losing battery the phone goes down 100%--99%-98%-97% then suddenly 40%. Fair enough stays at 40% for 7-8 hours. But then suddenly just goes off. And battery is back to 0%. This phone is not functional. What should I do next? Thanks
