Fantastic rod I bought the 10ft 6" XP model and the playing action is superb it has a good back bone to the blank so you can check out a 30g metal feeder a fare distance with a flick of the tip I have banked a 16lb carp on this rod so there is plenty of grunt when needed but it is also soft enough to land f1s skimmers or other smaller silvers I would highly recommend this rod to any match or pleasure angler team up with a 400 size TDM reel you can't go wrong
