Fast delivery. Good packaging. Quality of materials excellent. 30L is a bit small for most of usses but as everyday carry backpack to gym or for laptop and lounch box and few other bits ideal size. Shoulder straps not ideally attached to shoulder strap cushion but it can be easily fixed with basic hand-sewing.

I bought this by mistake thinking the connection from indicator stalk to wiper stalk was the reason for wipers not working. My mistake. After seeking advice from the seller they were more than helpful, polite and explained how I get a refund with no issues. The indicator stalk arrived today and it’s brand spanking new in a box. Needless to say I will be replacing the old one anyway now. Excellent product and service
