Great for someone who wants a cheap iPod, something that you can bring on a trip to watch videos and music, and bonus, since the iPod can only view things in sub 360p you can downsize all your HD videos and movies to fit even more on it! Also yeah, batteries have gotten much better since 2008, it goes without saying you either need to replace it or get a power bank if you do anything more than listen to music with the display off.

The 2nd gen iPod touch has only has 2 points that make it relevant and that is it has Bluetooth and NO camera which has become an issue with some companies allowing iPods and the only reason I would buy it

Don't bye one, too old, bad battery life, my kids don't like it, can't download all games cause it's too old.
Plays music just like it should. Would recommend a higher generation model tho as it is very slow and basic.............
i brought this for my sons 10th birthday he was extastic about recieveing it ..awsome product...will buy another one in the not to distant future.
