I wanted a tent small enough to carry on a motorcycle but had a sheltered area to make a cuppa. This fits the bill perfect. My only complaint shared by campers everywhere is getting it back in the bag. Lol

I used it first on a motorcycling weekend in Cumbria. It was straightforward to erect (I'd had a trial run on the lawn at home) the 'poles' are colour coded. The generous 'porch' is really useful especially with its front and side openings - great for cooking in if its raining. It did rain overnight and all remained dry inside. I wiped it down after breakfast and by 9.30am it was dry enough to pack up. I especially liked the modifiable air vents. It would be rather cosy for two but I bought it for myself so there's plenty room. Neat trick when fitting the inner (which incorporates the groundsheet) is to sit inside the outer and 'bump' your way to the back with the inner over your lap, its then easy to hang the rear of the inner then 'bump' backwards to the exit and hang the front bit. I'm very pleased with it - and the chap in the tent next door asked all about it 'cos it looked so practical - more-so than his.Read full review

This was bought for a week's camping in Scotland, the weather wasn't great but it kept me dry and due to the large awning it was roomy just for me but for 2 men, well you'd have to be really good friends but all tents are like that, it was easier to erect the second time as I left the inner tent in it, also it packs down small a fairly light which was a good thing as I was riding a motorcycle, so roomy, light and reasonably priced
