I've got 3, on different bikes. High quality and solid. USB charger function has stopped working on 1 of my bikes. They also come with a load of analogue sounds cables (3.5mm jack) that aren't needed and take up space/add weight. Tempted to cut those off and tape up the cut. They have been way overpriced but, not that the Zumo 590/595 has been replaced by the Zumo XT the price has come down - this one was priced appropriately at £40ish

This item is usually bought to add the ability to mount a Garmin 590/595 onto a second bike. By definition this means you will need another weather cap/cover to protect this mount - but Garmin do not include one in the box and the cap must be bought separately at a cost of typically £6 and several days of delivery waiting time. Given the initial cost of the SatNav and the not-exactly-cheap cost of the mount, this feels rather money-grabbing. Of course, the mount itself is the same good quality as the original in the SatNav box.

Upgraded my previous Garmin Zumo to the 590LM. As I have 2 bikes I now have to buy extra mounts as you cannot release the cables on the 590 and so cannot easily move the mount from bike to bike with just the power harness left on each bike. The mounts I have found to be very secure although no anti-theft locks are available from Garmin. Touratec do a lockable cradle but it's kinda big. I would like the option to buy cradles with power wiring only. I don't use any of the other leads and they are a pain to hide away on some bikes. Would hopefully be cheaper too. Not coming with a cover for the pins when the satnav is not in place is a bit of a cheap trick by Garmin. These mounts are not cheap and I prefer to keep the exposed electrical connectors covered. Both the old Garmin mounts and the new 590 mounts have been better then the poor TT Rider I had previously. Got through a few Rider mounts so glad they were cheap. Certainly now issues with the Garmin.Read full review

A solid durable mount, made with quality materials. Only down side is the cable joint is a little bulky. An option to do away with stereo jacks would have been better. Otherwise I’d have given it 5 stars.

Yes good product good quality......Would be much better if the four charging leads were not included, just the garmin mount and single fused lead......would take up so much less space.....
