Although cheap, the quality was below expectation. The straps were thin, the heel base has spares but the one already in the shoe is in poorly. The shoe box was marked and dirty. However, the service was good and the parcel delivered on time. Would be unlikely to purchase again or provide recommendation to others. Didn't get to the parcel in time to return.
