The Lenox Disney Mickey Plate was carefully packed and shipped promptly. I specified that I needed the Lenox Ivory color so it would match the other plates I have in this series. Unfortunately, the plate I received was the Lenox White color and I had to return it. The seller sent a prepaid return label and upon receiving the return promptly issued a refund of the original purchase price and the original shipping cost.
