Compact vacuum which last a long time compared to most cordless vacuums. Simple to use and very easy to clean including all the filters and components. Easily lasts 20+ mins on boost power and has the added feature of a motorised power-head for hard surfaces and stubborn carpet mess. Not the lightest vacuum and can be a bit cumbersome in some areas. Would've preferred a more extendable hose but still very maneuverable. Overall, would recommend as an additional vacuum or light usage around the home/car but not quite as powerful as the corded vacuum.

This hoover is not that powerful. No way any as good or powerful as the traditional Henry hoovers. It works a bit better when the rotating head is on but it’s not amazing and the battery runs out quite quickly if it’s on. Hair and any strands also get stuck and curled up in the rotating head and you have a job to dig them out and clean. Also have to make sure you have a cupboard with a plug in it to keep the Hoover constantly on charge. I must say I really regret paying £120 for this hoover. A cheaper plug in version would of had more power and obviously a lot cheaper. The head is also smaller than a traditional hoover and you find yourself working harder to clean a room floor.

We bought this primarily for cleaning stairs. It is well built and the battery lasts well - even on full power. The motorised brush bar works very well. We bought it as a factory refurbished unit but it looks like brand new and arrived in the original box with all the accessories, but without instructions; these need to be downloaded. It was around a quarter of the price of high street prices and well worth the money - I would not pay £300+ for any cordless vacuum. As good as it is, it is nowhere near as powerful as a decent corded machine (don't believe VAX!), but it is far more convenient for quick clean-ups. If it gets too full (which can happen quite quickly), then emptying isn't that simple - the fluff etc doesn't drop out of the container and that's the only real negative. Overall, recommended. Bought this one because it is a good brand and it is cordless - very handy for the caravan, the car and the stairs. We bought the 32V version for more power than the 24V one. Works really great and it's not as noisy as either of our other corded vacuum cleaners we have at home. Surprisingly, it actually picks up more dust/dirt and cat hair than our other cleaners. With the tool kit, it has many extra uses, is very light, and the power brush is excellent. The turbo boost is also very good and not always needed. Emptying and cleaning the filters is very quick and easy. We bought a manufacturer refurbished one and saved £100! Really excellent product and well worth the money. I would recommend this product.

Overall I am really pleased with this little cordless vacum. I spent a lot of time researching various models, the pros and the cons and here is my opinion. PROS...It is a 32Volt vacum. The higher the V's the more powerful. Most are around 22v so in that respect it is in the higher range of power. It is extremely easy to fit together and use. Easy to empty. Great suction. Extremely handy having no cord. Great to pull out and do a quick clean up without all the fuss of a corded vacum. It has rotating brushes which really are a must to clean carpets properly. The boost is a great feature but only to lift things that get stuck in pile, dont' run on boost all the time or the battery will drain in less than 10 mins, otherwise 35 - 45 mins hoovering time. Cons...if you can call them that are to do with the fact that all cordless work from batteries so bear in mind the limited hovering time before a charge is required. (approx 35-45mins). I don't find that a problem unless you have a huge house. Some reports say stick vacums don't lift certain things all that well and push them around the floor. In fairness, with a powerful votage like this one, that is more to do with the design of all stick vacums not the suction. The rotating head is small and neat but less versatile to tilt up and back as you would with a normal hoover to lift larger items, however with technique you will manage this also or just remove head and use pole to lift things like bits of crust etc. Remember to empty oftern (common sense) because beings a small vacum it has small capacity and the thing that reduces suction most is a clogged filter mainly due to not cleaning often enough and not emptying after each use. The only real con for me is that the weight from the motor sits at the top of the handle and therefore probably not suitable for those with limited hand/wrist strength. All in all I love my stick cleaner...glad I bought the Vacs.Read full review
