As the title and 1 star suggest, this item is terrible. £39.99 new for a small hand device that steams! You fill it up, switch it on and you have to want until it heats up...all you have then is just 5-10 minutes steam time if you're lucky before it runs out. Even then, you can't just refill it, you have to wait 5-10 minutes until it cools down first, turning an otherwise 5 minute job into a 30 minute one! Absolutely useless...moral of the review?...Save you're money and buy something else!
